How does it work?
Do you have an MMS compatible handset? Great! Here’s how it works…
1. Take a photo. Simply add the photo to a new MMS message. If you do not have a camera phone you can use any images you have on your handset or have downloaded from a content provider.
2. Insert text. Insert in the text section the name and full postal address of the recipient. Separate the address lines with a semi-colon (;), insert a # after the address details and enter your greeting (maximum 360 characters).
Example:
Peter Hardmann; Hardmannstrasse 27; 12345 Düsseldorf; Deutschland#Hello Peter, we’re having a wonderful holiday in Turkey! From Sabine.
3. Send the Postcard. Send your photo and text to 7678.
Your message will then arrive as a postcard in the mail according to the standard postal delivery times.
1 MMS Postcard is available with all ACN calling plans. You must have an MMS and GPRS compatible phone to use this service. Refer to your phone’s user guide for more details. It is only possible to do a combination of image and text in an MMS postcard. Postage of video or sound files is not possible. Postage is only possible to German or European postal addresses. The cost per postcard (inclusive postage) is €1.99. Please note that when posting from abroad, additional data transfer costs apply, and the data usage is outside of any bundle amounts.
2 MMS Postcard is only available from destinations where there is a mobile network that has a roaming agreement with E-Plus.
